the ladies at the front desk were amazing (so helpful!). they even helped my wife with technology issues. i found the pool very nice, with a perfect temperature. i could even do laps in it. the room had a spacious, comfortable feel. i loved the balcony that featured a day bed.
i found that there were no drawers to put things into, so i lived out of my suitcase .

the triple deluxe room for three people offered big space and a high ceiling. the bathroom space was good, providing ample room for movement. daytime sunlight through the windows felt perfect and very comfortable.

the rooms were clean. breakfast offered a lot of choices including asian and western options. i saw eggs cooked to order, except for fried eggs, those were always available.
i noticed few restaurants were open. the area seemed very quiet. the breakfast included cold chicken sausages, i also found fried eggs and baked beans served cold. i only stayed one night.

i liked that my room had access to the pool. it was easy to take a swim before breakfast. the room was big and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom and shower were also good.
the hotel was centrally located though very few restaurants were open. breakfast was included however it was a typical thai hotel breakfast. the sausages were cold.

The staff were friendly. The location was close to shops.
i arrived and was told i could not use the pool due to government restrictions, though others were using it. i was then upgraded to a suite, but the air conditioners did not work well.
